To avoid setting up any unrealistic expectations, my blog title is likely more clever than anything I'll ever write herein (but I'll try not to bore anyone to tears).

Thanksgiving Eve!

My random thoughts for today:
1) I'm not a good blogger...I blog infrequently, sometimes going years between postings, but I like the blog software I've just put on our board...so maybe I'll do better this time.
2) Even though I have my share of troubles (work stuff, back pain, family illnesses), I have SO much to be thankful for: salvation, my wonderful family, this fantastic online family known as CSN, a good church to attend and serve in as keyboardist, a decent job, freedom, and the Thanksgiving spread we're going to eat tomorrow.
3) One of our members (teryld) shared something worth repeating, that I also keep at work on my wall -- it was given to me by a Christian friend there:
I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!

don't UNDERSTAND why you don't blog more often, James - between csn going down and rebuilding it, work, fam, church - why, you should have like three minutes a week - that would be enof! i use that time to watch House on tv - but you gotta BLOG BLOG BLOG!
