Hi all!
I know I have not been here much lately but it is because I have been so busy and I want to tell you my news!
I am thrilled to share with my friends here at CSN that all the hard work here on CSN of learning to tweak and rewrite and hone the gifts we are given by Our Lord God Father Son & Spirit has been a blessing.
I am thrilled to tell you that I have composed the theme song for the
2010 Combined Federal Campaign for the UNITED WAY of Tampa Bay.
It is called "Now More Than Ever".
The song has been professionally recorded and a video is being made with it. It will be used for fund-raising for federal employees in the Tampa Bay area as the campaign starts for the United Way. There is also a possibility that it will be used by other CFC agencies and used in additional areas outside of Tampa Bay Fl. I was involved with the taping of a few scenes of the...

Being a pastor's kid and now a pastor's wife I have come to realize my life is not my own. It is lead by the Lord's work. It has come to be time for us to leave our home, our church, our city for a new place. We have loved our time here in Salem and at our church Court Street Christian. I will always feel a deep connection here with the people we have met. It will be very difficult saying goodbye. Brian and I feel we have been called to go to Pleasanton, CA to be worship pastors for Centerpointe Pres. Church. It has been a long journey taking almost a year, but we believe full heartedly that this is what God wants us to do. Our last Sunday will be this coming Sunday. It will be a celebration of the years we have spent together, but also a sad goodbye to everyone we've loved. In some ways I am looking forward to the celebration of being all together, but at the same time I know I am going to be full of tears. We will move Feb 9th and start at Centerpointe Feb 15th. Is there anything more wonderful than God's grace??? I don't believe so. As I sit reflecting on what this Thanksgiving day means to me I marvel at how good God is

The last month has been, to say the least, difficult to understand and filled with opportunities to praise God for His wisdom and ability to bring me to my knees in awe. October 25th my 2 week old great granddaughter Dylan Mischell went home to be with the Father...SIDS. Two weeks later a 14 year old granddaughter overdosed twice in one weekend. My son and daughter-in-law's marriage is in crisis and may not make it through the holidays. What am I grateful for?

~ There is a loving God that cradles, forever, my great granddaughter and knowing one day we will be with her again.
~ A God that will give something back for what was lost...He always opens a window when one is shut.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I won't be on CSN much this month (December).

Things have been incredibly busy: with home (Bill has been having some major health concerns, and I have been working more hours as financial stuff has been bombarded upon us). Also, I have been blessed with many opportunities in the ministry, and I need to polish up some stuff, and get things worked out and organized. ... And, I have been trying to finish up some of these songs that have been sitting around, realizing they are never going to be done "pro" anyway, and I think I have just been staying in the same musical sore spot.... When this all started, my only goal was to share the songs that I have been allowed to pen, and I think in my quest to "make em sound better", they are not being shared. I have been stripped of all my pride in this, posting them on the internet unfinished. But I do just need to clean them up a bit, and make some copies to share,...

ok, well, some of you may have read my previous blog post. i had it up, then deleted it, then brought it back, then deleted it. i had deleted it because i kind of thought maybe people who dont know me might think i was kinda of puffed up or something, when i am just really talking about the hand of God moving in this music ministry. heck, i cant even believe i am having this conversation...... i know for sure it aint about me.
well, seems the person who is helping me with my music is also going to be doing P & W for a very powerful ministry down here in Fl. and i am going to be singing with him.

so, Just like that, I am in a band, with some really awesome and anointed musicians.
and we will be doing some of my songs too.
and recording,
and touring

aint that just amazing ???....

guess i was supposed to go to Florida after all.
i mean, if that's not kind of amazing, what is?
